POINT-IN-TIME 2026 Registration Begins
The next point-in-time will be Wednesday, January 28, 2026, from 9 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
Pre-registration is required to participate on the night of the count. Registration will open from December 29, 2025. Registration closes on January 19, 2026. You will find the registration link on our PIT page beginning December 29.
Racine CoC Longest Night Service 2025
It’s getting darker and certainly much colder; the nights are getting longer and harder to endure. It’s at this time that our hearts and our thoughts turned into the most vulnerable among us – those who are experiencing homelessness.
Our annual Longest Night service is set for Sunday, December 21, 2025, at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church at 4 o’clock. We will do our best to live-stream on the church's Facebook page.
Following the indoor service, those who feel able to participate will process from St. Luke’s to Monument Square, where we will light candles and have a moment of silence, remembering ...

POINT-in-TIME
The Point-in-Time (PIT) Count is a count of sheltered and unsheltered people experiencing homelessness on a single night in January. In 2025, it is scheduled for January 22, 2025. HUD requires that CoCs conduct an annual count of people experiencing homelessness who are sheltered in emergency shelters, transitional housing, and Safe Havens on a single night.
