CoC FY23 Renewal Project APR’s and Recidivism Reports for Rating & Ranking
It’s that time of year when the CoC Rating and Ranking Committee reviews the CoC-funded projects for the upcoming NOFO for CoC renewal projects.
The following projects are being scored:
HALO APOMO PSH (include all three projects due to consolidation: HALO New Beginnings PSH, HALO A Place of My Own PSH, and HALO APOMO PSH)
HOPES Center CoC RRH 1 Project
CVI Racine College Avenue PSH Project
Reporting date range: 5/1/2022 to 4/30/2023

Deadline for intent to reapply for HUD CoC FY23 Competition
Agencies receiving HUD's CoC funding should email Teresa Reinders (treinders@haloinc.org) by Wednesday, May 10th, no later than 5 PM to indicate whether they will submit a renewal application for the FY23 HUD CoC funding competition.

Point-in-Time Date and Time: Night of January 25, 2023. The event starts at 10 p.m. and ends around 3:00 a.m.
Event Information: Volunteers will receive their team assignments and event information during the week of January 16th.
