Deadline for Agency Intentions for FY22 CoC funded projects

Part of the CoC NOFO process is determining if any agencies wish to voluntarily reduce a current project, expand an existing project, or submit a new application. Agencies must notify via email their intent. For specific instructions, please see the email sent on July 19, 2023, at 12:16 PM. The deadline is July 28, 2023, by 11:59:59 PM CST.

Provide Feedback on our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Statement

Please review the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion statement that the DEI workgroup crafted. Please read and provide feedback on this statement by Friday, June 30th, so that we can discuss the DEI statement at our July 21st Members' meeting. There is a link for people to respond, via Google Forms, before the July meeting. This will allow the workgroup an opportunity to prepare responses to specific feedback and report back during the July 21st meeting.

CoC FY23 Renewal Project APR’s and Recidivism Reports for Rating & Ranking

It’s that time of year when the CoC Rating and Ranking Committee reviews the CoC-funded projects for the upcoming NOFO for CoC renewal projects. 

The following projects are being scored:

HALO APOMO PSH (include all three projects due to consolidation: HALO New Beginnings PSH, HALO A Place of My Own PSH, and HALO APOMO PSH)

HOPES Center CoC RRH 1 Project

CVI Racine College Avenue PSH Project

Reporting date range: 5/1/2022 to 4/30/2023

Deadline for intent to reapply for HUD CoC FY23 Competition

Agencies receiving HUD's CoC funding should email Teresa Reinders (treinders@haloinc.org) by Wednesday, May 10th, no later than 5 PM to indicate whether they will submit a renewal application for the FY23 HUD CoC funding competition.
