MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS

The "Alliance" holds membership meetings on a quarterly basis. Although must business takes place within the Board of Directors, the membership must approve any changes  to the Governance Charter and elects new Board Members and Board Officers.  The membership is provided updates, and presentations are often made at membership meetings. All members are welcome to join committees.
