Through data transparency and storytelling, we can engage the community about homelessness and its status in our community. We also value additional data sources, such as census and eviction data, that allow us to focus on specific areas within Racine City and County.

2025 Goals:

  • Completion of the System Performance and Analysis survey
  • Development of strategies for Length Of Time Homeless and Returns To Homelessness based on survey and community responses.
  • Review System Performance Measure portions of the HUD CoC Notice of Funding Opportunities (NOFO) process.
