CoC FY23 Renewal Project APR’s and Recidivism Reports for Rating & Ranking

It’s that time of year when the CoC Rating and Ranking Committee reviews the CoC-funded projects for the upcoming NOFO for CoC renewal projects. 

The following projects are being scored:

HALO APOMO PSH (include all three projects due to consolidation: HALO New Beginnings PSH, HALO A Place of My Own PSH, and HALO APOMO PSH)

HOPES Center CoC RRH 1 Project

CVI Racine College Avenue PSH Project

Reporting date range: 5/1/2022 to 4/30/2023

Report output: Web Page for the drill-down ability

I will be running all APRs and Recidivism reports in Clarity for scoring and supplying it to the committee by June 15^th.  To make sure the data is accurate, please run the [HUDx-227] Annual Performance Report [FY 2023] in Clarity now and have all data confirmed as accurate by June 8^th at 5 pm. If you are done reviewing and correcting client files before the June 8^th deadline, please email Irada so she can begin compiling the data even earlier.
